For decades, Denis Harsh has been the Senior Portrait Photographer who has spent more time with high school and college seniors, always pushing the creativity envelope to new heights. What’s new, you ask? Well, let me tell you.
It’s well known that Denis Photographers is one of the few photographers left who still has a real photography studio. Seniors, their friends and families can stop by to check us out and ask questions. What is really nice is that on the day of your session, you can come into the studio where we have convenient dressing rooms for you to change into your outfits in privacy, and a private camera room to be photographed in. No gawkers to look at you when you are having your picture taken.
Most importantly is how great Denis makes seniors look. Between the absence of stiff posing and his masterful use of studio lighting, he is able to emphasize your best features and minimize any flaw that you may be self-conscious about. It really is no wonder that seniors say his are the best pictures they have ever had taken. You may not be able to help it, but try not to be surprised when you see how great you ‘turn out’ in your pictures.

For those who may want to be photographed with their ‘wheels’ (car, truck, motorcycle) or horse, (horses won’t quite fit into our studio) we still take senior portraits outdoors. Nothing new there, we have taken outdoor sessions since the 70’s. Plus, we can take a ‘road trip’ with you. Maybe you want us to come out to your barn to capture you with your horse. Or maybe you want us to come out to your home to portray you with your baby grand piano. Or maybe you want us to go to the airport to take you and your airplane that you are learning to fly. We have done all of the above previously. It simply is what we do.
